CAPITAL UNIVERSITY WILL HOST THIS YEAR'S STATE TOURNAMENT!
We are looking forward to another amazing year of boys' high school volleyball and a year of growth in terms of new teams. And, happily, our season will include the second year of the very successful Spike for Tykes Tournament, scheduled for Friday, May 5, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Access to the sports courts at the GCCC comes through the generous donation from our sponsor, the Ohio Valley Region of USA Volleyball.
This important fund-raising charitable event to benefit the special needs supported through Children's Hospitals around the state will have additional courts to handle more teams participation, and the event will be held in conjunction with the Men's National Championships, hosted by The Ohio State University on Thursday, May 4 and Saturday, May 6 at St. John Arena.
I anticipate another amazing season with the incredible athleticism that is the hallmark of boys' volleyball!
